A representative for the couple confirmed the news to the MailOnline on Tuesday.
It is understood Rayment, who shot to fame on reality television show The Only Way Is Essex, proposed to his partner earlier this month during a trip to the Greek island of Zante.
Simpson, meanwhile, stars on reality television show Geordie Shore, where Rayment made his debut appearance in the season 11 finale. It was here, where he popped the question.
A source is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "Ricky came in for the last episode and that's when he proposed to her. They're really happy."
The couple are said to be "over the moon" at their engagement.
Simpson and Rayment started dating in January of this year after meeting at the National Television Awards.
