Hannah and Paul dated when they were in S Club 7 together, however they split in 2006.
Speaking to the Mirror, Rachel said: "Hannah and Paul are so close, and they always have been.
"They've always got on so well, and always had that relationship and when we came back on tour, that just came back straight away.
"They always really just got on with each other right from the stat but this time around, I didn't really think about it to be honest."
