The EastEnders' and her partner have been in a civil partnership since March 2006, but have now said they plan to tie the knot, following a change in England's marriage laws last year.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the 40-year-old said: "We know we're going to grow old together – I don't want anyone else. We're getting married because we legally can now."
The couple, who are also parents to two adopted daughters, aged 12 and 13, added that raising their family is a joint effort. They were matched with their daughters when the girls were aged three and four, and Bradshaw-White confessed: "We saw a picture and I burst into tears. I knew the girls were my children. I'd bought them clothes before we had even been approved to have them."
