The television presenter gave birth to her second child last month and has admitted that she is already back to work.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, Hamilton, 33, said she gave birth to her daughter on 8 May after she went into labour a week before her planned Caesarean.
Speaking to the publication, she added that she was back to work hosting A Place In The Sun.
"I find it very difficult to switch off," she explained. "That doesn't mean my family isn't everything to me – I'm very lucky that I can take them with me – I just want to enjoy it for as long as it lasts."
Hamilton and her husband Alex Goward welcomed their first child, a son named Rocco, in November 2013. The previous year, the couple married in a ceremony in Surrey.
