Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, 34-year-old Best confirmed: "Sadly we have had to go our separate ways. I wish her the best and sincerely hope we remain friends.
"She is the first girl I really loved and I cherish the time we spent together."
Best first revealed he was dating Rose last year, when he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and told his housemates that he was seeing someone. After Best left the BB house, he and Rose, 23, were spotted on a number of occasions, often updating their social media accounts of photos of them together. However, they were last seen interacting on social media on 3 May, leading some to speculate that their relationship had come to an end.
