The couple, who have been in a relationship since March 2013, confirmed over the weekend that they were no longer together.
In similarly-released statements, both Woods and Vonn said the decision to end their romance was "mutual" and due to the "hectic lives" they live.
However, the MailOnline has now claimed that Woods was unfaithful during the couple's relationship and this is part of the reason for the split. They quote a source as saying: "He had a relapse in the sex department. Lindsey found out about women again. Always while he's on the road. Just like when he was with Elin.
"Yes, Tiger cheated again. But it wasn't with anyone special. He really wanted Lindsey to be the one. But he blew it again. He can't help himself. He's got an addiction. He relapsed."
Woods, 39, has previously admitted to cheating on his ex-wife Elin Nordegren on a number of occasions throughout their five-year marriage. Nordegren, a model, filed for divorce from the golfer following his confession. They have two children together; a daughter called Sam and a son, Charlie.
Neither Woods nor Vonn have commented on the cheating allegations.
