Sam Faiers Admits She Lost The Plot Over Joey Essex

TOWIE star Sam Faiers has admitted she "lost the plot" after splitting with her former partner Joey Essex.

In her new book, Secrets and Lies, she said she refused to watch her ex 'I'm A Celebrity' where he met model Amy Willerton.

She said: "I refused to watch him. What I did was become obsessed with how things were going to pan out for us and with being the thinnest I could be for when he came out."


However, the pair did get back together when she gout out of the Celebrity Big Brother house.

She said: "I was nearly three stone lighter than before I went into the Celebrity Big Brother house. What I saw in the mirror made me gasp in horror - my hip bones jutted out so far and were so sharp."

The pair broke up once again and Sam is now dating property developer Paul Day.
