Julia had to endure five cycles of IVF treatment before she gave birth to Anthe and Zena in March. She also has a five-year-old son Zephyr.
She told the publication she will return to work in September.
Speaking to Hello! she said: "My career is very much part of my make-up and who I am.
"Now I have two little girls, I feel I have a responsibility to show them they've got to be independent, self-sufficient, fend for themselves and forge their own path."
