The reality television star was questioned about the kiss as she appeared on ITV2's Celebrity Juice on Thursday night.
Host Keith Lemon was quick to ask Wright about the incident, to which she denied anything ever happened – only for Lemon to produce photographic evidence of the kiss, leaving the guest embarrassed.
He asked: Didn't you once have a romantic entanglement with the King of Reem – Joey Essex?"
Wright, who also owns her own boutique, replied: "No!"
However, the host continued on and showed her – and the show's audience – a photo of the pair kissing. He said: "You did, we've got a picture, what's going on there then?"
In embarrassment, Wright admitted: "You've absolutely killed me. I might as well walk out of the building right now. That was about five years ago and it was just a really random kiss, and lets not even talk about that..."
