Michelle Keegan has revealed her mum recently threw her a surprise pre-hen party.
The former Coronation Street star is due to marry her fiancé Mark Wright later this year and has been busy planning their big day. However, in an interview with the Daily Star, the 27-year-old admitted her mother decided to help out recently, by throwing a surprise party in Manchester.
She said: "I had a big surprise when I was back in Manchester. My mum organised a surprise pre-hen party at the Double Tree Hilton which is near Piccadilly Station, a really lovely hotel.
"My friend Beckie picked me up and made out we weren't doing anything special, and as I walked into the room all my aunties, cousins and friends shouted 'surprise!' – I was in complete shock."
Keegan first met her husband-to-be at a New Year's Eve party in Dubai in 2012. Nine months later, in September 2013, they returned to Dubai where Wright proposed.
