Cage fighter Tom Richards, 25, denies the allegations.
It is alleged that he violently assaulted the Hollyoaks actress at her home in Essex almost two weeks ago.
Daniella reportedly claimed he was harassing her with constant phone calls and messages.
His spokesman told The Mirror: "This is supposed to have happened where Danniella lives in Essex but Tom can prove he was here in Swansea at the time.
"It is upsetting for him because he is training for a fight and could do without the distraction.
"Due to the seriousness of these allegations that's all we can say at the moment."
Tom has been released on bail.
