The former glamour model and her cheating husband, who slept with two of her friends, renewed their vows a few weeks ago.
On The Morning Show Katie said the renewal ceremony was "mainly for him to commit to me because I didn't break my vows, he did.
"He was a naughty boy, I suppose to move on we had to do our wedding vows. It was a really special day and I'm glad we did it... and it was perfect. Really good."
