The former Coronation Street actress made the comments on ITV's This Morning programme.
Ms Keegan announced her engagement to the Take Me Out: The Gossip host in 2013.
She told This Morning: "I've sorted the dress, so that's the main thing done I suppose. And most of the things are sorted now, it's just tying up a few loose ends.
"(Mark is) really hands-on, yeah. It's annoying! I didn't want him to have the opinion! It's been good, we've been a team."
Regarding her hen party, she said: "We are having a couple (of parties). We are having a few here, for me, and then for Mark, and then a couple abroad as well - one each. I'm already saying too much! I just want to say everything, I get really excited."
