Natalie Pinkham Speaks Out About How She Nearly Died Giving Birth

Formula One presenter Natalie Pinkham has spoken out about the moment she nearly died giving birth, during an interview on This Morning.

Natalie, 36, who is married to Owain Walbyoff, nearly burst her bladder after the birth of her baby boy due to diabetes insipidus.

She explained to Amanda Holden that she started to sense something was wrong after she noticed the baby wasn't kicking as much.

When she attended the hospital the doctors explained to her they had to carry out an emergency caesarean.

Natalie said: "They said we need to get him out straight away."

Fortunately, her son was delivered safely.

She said: "I really don't want to scare anyone, but don't be afraid to talk about it. That's what helped me."
