The pair met wile they were filming the recent series of The Jump on Channel 4, however she admitted they are taking things slowly.
She told Star magazine: "He is just the nicest person. He's young at heart and fun like me. But he's also very thoughtful."
Steve-O is currently at his home in Los Angeles, however they will be reunited in April.
Stacey continued: "He came over recently and he's coming over in April. I don't know how it would work so we're just going to see."
