Healy, 25, is the son of Denise Welch and is the frontman for indie rock band The 1975. Speculation that he and Flack, 35, were dating emerged earlier this week when they were spotted looking "cosy" at the BRIT Awards after-party.
A source is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "Caroline squeezed up and was virtually on his lap. They were very cosy."
Flack previously dated music manager Jack Street. The couple separated last year, when Flack was a contestant on BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing.
