The 36-year-old, who is a Formula 1 presenter for Sky Sports, made the comments during an interview with the MailOnline. The presenter was attending the opening of Cahoots, a new bar in London.
Opening up about her newest role as a mother to her son Wilfred, Pinkham told the MailOnline: "Tonight is my first night out since having him. I never thought I'd say this, but it feels so weird not to have him with me.
"I've got so used to having my little man with me all the time, so it feels like there's a part of me missing tonight. I miss him already.
"Motherhood is absolutely amazing. It's all that I hoped for and more. Throughout my life I've always been so focused on my career, but it's just an incredible experience."
She continued: "It changes your whole outlook on life. I definitely want more, I want a whole brood of them!"
Pinkham tied the knot with husband Owain Walbyoff in Portugal in July 2012. Wilfred is the couple's first child together.
