According to the Daily Mirror, Price and her husband Kieran Hayler will hold a ceremony on Saturday (21 February). It will be the third time the couple will have exchanged vows.
They first married in January 2013 in the Bahamas. Two months later, they held a Willy Wonka-themed wedding in the UK for their family and friends.
Last year, the couple's relationship was at breaking point after Hayler admitted to sleeping with two of Price's closest friends. Despite initially pledging to leave her partner, the former model later decided to stand by him. They are now said to have worked through their problems and plan to renew their vows and commitment to each other.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Katie's ready to move on now. She feels that Kieran has worked through all of his issues and is now ready to let him back into her life."
It is also thought Price wants a clean slate because all of her previous wedding photos feature Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas – the two friends Hayler slept with.
An insider added: "She hates the fact that Jane is in all their original wedding pictures and wants to have another, big, fancy do that erases every memory of the friends that have crossed her. They will be the bridesmaids when me and Kieran renew our vows."
Price, 36, and Hayler, 27, have two children together, a son named Jett Riviera, who was born in August 2013, and a daughter, Bunny, born in August 2014. Price is also a mother to Harvey, 12, Junior, nine, and seven-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
