According to a document obtained by website TMZ, the former Baywatch actress filed divorce papers on Wednesday (11 February).
A reason for the latest separation is not known.
Anderson and Solomon, both 47, first married in October 2007 at The Mirage in Las Vegas. The couple then separated that December, as well as the following February, with Anderson asking for the marriage to be annulled.
In January 2014, the model revealed she had remarried Salomon, but six months later, she filed for divorce. A week later, she called off the separation and the pair reunited. She filed for divorce for a third time earlier this week.
In addition to Salomon, Anderson has been married a further two times. She married Tommy Lee in February 1995 having known each other for just four days. They divorced in 1998, and later reunited before splitting again in 2001 and then 2008. They have two children together.
In 2006, Anderson confirmed she was to marry singer Kid Rock. They separated in November 2006.
Salomon meanwhile has also been married an additional two times.
In 1995 he married voice actress Elizabeth Daily, before divorcing in 2000. They have two children together. He then tied the knot with actress Shannen Doherty in 2002, but the marriage was annulled after just nine months.
