The 26-year-old is currently expecting her second child with husband Wayne and writing in her column for OK! magazine, she revealed that she was hoping to pick up tips on how to juggle two children from her bandmate Una Foden.
She said: "When I see Una and her new little one, I think it might bring it home that I've got number two on the way, but it doesn't feel that real yet.
"I haven't got any names for our own new arrival yet. I tried but gave up! We didn't choose Parker until quite late, so I'm not stressing."
She continued: "As you read this, I'll have just had my 12-week scan and that's when they look more like a proper baby. You can see the hands and feet, and you get that sense of relief that you're at three months.
"We can't wait for Parker to have a little brother or sister."
Bridge announced her pregnancy last month after she was forced to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour after suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness.
This will be the second child for Frankie and her husband, footballer Wayne Bridge. The couple have been in a relationship since December 2010. In May 2013, they confirmed they were expecting their first child together. The news came just weeks after they announced their engagement. In October, the pair welcomed a son, Parker.
In July 2014, the couple tied the knot at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire.
