The couple have been spotted together a number of times in recent weeks and just last week the former Big Brother contestant took McIntosh to the theatre for his birthday. However, the following day McIntosh was then spotted with his ex-fiancée Kelly Brook.
On Tuesday night, 35-year-old Horgan-Wallace decided she'd had enough and took to her social networking accounts to slam the former Gladiators star.
Firstly, she took to Twitter to let her fans know about the rumoured romance.
She wrote: "What a fool I've been... Just awaiting the Aisleyne I know & admire to resurface... But she's a bit scary.
"My Dad is going mental. F**n hate this s**t.
"I just want to be held in the arms of someone real & true why is that so hard these days? (sic)".
However, she then added a selfie of the two of them together, with the caption: "Lucky escape..."
It wasn't enough though, and the reality television personality then moved over to Instagram where she uploaded the same photo. Alongside the image she wrote: "This one however needs to learn some manners #disgusted".
McIntosh has not replied to Horgan-Wallace's messages.
