The couple, who announced their engagement in January of this year, revealed their plans in a new interview with OK! magazine.
Speaking to the publication, Andre said: "I always thought 2016, so it'll either be this summer or the next one. Emily wants to do something very soon."
However, his fiancée admitted she wants to marry sooner, before she begins her career as a doctor.
She said: "I want to marry Pete next summer before I start work, which doesn't leave much time to plan.
"I definitely don't want any more babies until we're married because we should've been married the first time around," she added.
This caused her partner to reply: "I'll say to Emily: 'Don't you want another baby by 2016?' And she's like: 'We have to be married by 2016, then'."
So, when it comes to planning their big day: "I want the Duchess of Cambridge's dress," 24-year-old MacDonagh answered. "I love the simple long sleeves and high neck."
While Andre, 41, added: "Words can't explain how stunning a bride Emily will be – Princess is going to be a flower girl and Junior a page boy."
Andre and MacDonagh started dating in July 2012. The couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Amelia, in January this year, just days after they had announced their engagement. Andre is also a father to Junior, nine, and seven-year-old Princess from his former marriage to Katie Price.
