The pair met last month when they both appeared on this year's series of 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' and many were quick to point out the attraction between the contestants.
However, 25-year-old Forde has said the pair are just friends and she has no intention of going on a date with the former X Factor singer.
When asked if they were going to be the next celebrity couple, the model told OK! magazine: "I don't think so. I'm single and he's a lovely guy, as are all the other guys but no. Not on my side anyway."
Earlier this month, she also denied the relationship rumours during an appearance on ITV's 'Good Morning Britain', when she said: "Myself and Jake are just friends. He flirts with everyone, it's not just me.
"We're great friends, of course we're going to stay in touch... But there is no romance. No romance, no, no, no, no!"
