The model was questioned by reporters about her current relationship status as she attended the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards in London last night (3 December).
According to Reveal, when asked if she was single, the 35-year-old replied: "I don't want to put a label on my relationship status. Tonight is all about the girls."
Brook and McIntosh first met on New Year's Eve in 2013, and just three months later they announced their engagement. They have dated on-and-off since, but in November, Brook confirmed they had ended their relationship for good – with her ex allegedly finding out about the split in the media.
Then, just a couple of weeks ago, McIntosh hit out at his ex, branding her a "bully", only to say in a later interview that the couple had once more reunited and were "madly in love".
