According to reports, 34-year-old Karl Law, from Fareham in Hampshire, failed to return from a night out in the city on Saturday 15 November.
He was in Prague, alongside 12 other men, for Mr Cross's stag do.
Mr Cross is due to tie the knot on 29 December, but he is quoted by the BBC as saying: "There's no way I can get married without my cousin being there, or knowing what's happened.
"I can't see any reason why he would disappear. I want to find my cousin, I want to bring him home. We're very close – we love each other to bits."
He added: "The people in Prague have been very helpful. Cafes and bars have been handing out hundreds of flyers for us.
"There is a river which is a five-minute walk from where Karl went missing – we've walked up and down it and searched every boat.
"If he was there I think someone would have seen him so I don't think that's part of our search any more."
Since Mr Law's disappearance, friends and family have organised fundraisers to help raise money to continue searching for him. His family have also launched a Facebook and Twitter campaign to try and locate him.
