The poll, which was run by Lansinoh, saw Holly Willoughby take the top spot for the second consecutive year, with 38% of the vote.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is currently expecting her second child with Prince William, came in second with 29% of the vote, with Angelina Jolie in third with 17%.
The survey was also conducted in eight other countries, including Brazil, France and the USA. In seven out of nine countries, Angelina Jolie topped the poll. Interestingly, one of these was not her home country of the USA. She was beaten to first place by fellow actress Jennifer Garner.
Elsewhere, the Duchess of Cambridge also appeared in the top three in France, Germany and the USA.
Katie Hilton, healthcare associate for Lansinoh, said: "The survey results suggest that mums in the UK relate to down-to-earth celebrity mothers over glamourous, Hollywood celebrities.
"Her role on This Morning means that Holly Willoughby is somebody that mums wake up with in the morning when we are getting the kids ready for school or nursery.
"She comes across as very grounded and unpretentious and mums like to talk to other women that they can relate to."
