The former Friends' actress announced her engagement to Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid, who originally hails from Northern Ireland, in June.
It has previously been reported that the couple plan to marry before the end of the year, and recently Cox is said to have enjoyed a pre-wedding party, courtesy of her best friend Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston, who also starred in Friends, is claimed to have chosen an Irish theme for the party, paying tribute to Cox's fiancé.
A source is quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "Jen went all out and had decorated the dining table with green and white bouquets, hand-made mint chocolate truffles and green velvet cupcakes, green and white napkins with shamrock place settings and Celtic charm champagne glasses.
"Johnny even made an appearance at the end of the meal."
Cox, 50, and McDaid, 38, started dating in late 2013 after being introduced by mutual friend Ed Sheeran. As early as April of this year, the couple were the subject of engagement rumours. However, it wasn't until June when the pair announced they were to marry.
