The reality television star became a first-time mother in June 2013. She and her husband, rapper Kanye West, welcomed a daughter, and the 34-year-old has said the couple are now trying for a second child.
Speaking to Richard Wilkins from Australia's Today Show, Kardashian was asked if she wanted more children.
She replied: "I would love to, I would love to. I am trying."
It isn't the first time Kardashian has spoken of her desire to expand her family with her husband.
Kardashian and West started dating in April 2012. In December of that year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter North 'Nori' West was born in June 2013. That October, on Kardashian's 33rd birthday, she announced her engagement to West and the pair married in a lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy, in May 2014.
