Mr Johal, 24, was last seen at a wedding party at the Sports Connexion in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, on Saturday 4 October.
He is thought to have been involve in an argument at the wedding party over who would drive home from the party and he walked away, leaving the venue on foot.
He was reported missing in the early hours of the following morning (5 October).
Mr Johal, who is from the Bramcote area of Nottingham, is described as Asian and around 6ft 3ins tall. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a slim white shirt with a black jacket and black trousers.
Detective Inspector Jason Downes, who is leading the investigation, said: "Our search to find Baljeev continues and we are very concerned for his welfare. We urge anyone who may have been in Ryton-on-Dunsmore on the night he went missing or has seen anyone matching his description to get in contact."
Anyone with information is being asked to contact Warwickshire Police on 101.

Man Missing Following Wedding Argument
Warwickshire Police have issued an appeal for information into the disappearance of Baljeev Johal.Mr Johal, 24, was last seen at a wedding party at the Sports Connexion in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, on Saturday 4 October.
