Declan Donnelly Confirms Engagement

Declan Donnelly has confirmed he is engaged to his manager Ali Astall.

Earlier this week, the television personality, who is currently in Australia ahead of this year's 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', was reported to have asked his girlfriend to marry him during a trip Down Under.


The couple have known each other for a decade, but have only been dating for around 18 months.

On Friday, the 39-year-old took to Twitter to tell his fans: "Hey, just wanted to say a big thank you for all the lovely messages over the last couple of days. Really appreciate it. Very happy boy."

No further details have been revealed regarding the engagement, but according to reports, the pair plan to marry in 2015.
