The model became a mum to daughter Ariana in February 2013, but has said she now feels the time is right to add to her family with her boyfriend of three years, Adam Horsley.
The 31-year-old told the MailOnline: "I want to start trying in January for the New Year. I don't want to scare Adam away but I'm really broody right now. I keep seeing lots of friends around me being pregnant and it makes me want another one."
Thomas also gushed about how she loves being a mother, and praised her little girl for turning her life around.
She explained: "I used to go out three times a week partying, but since becoming a mum I love staying in on the sofa. My life has changed for the better, I wouldn't swap it for the world, Ariana is everything to me."
