O'Brien, 31, and her partner Adam Croft, welcomed a baby boy in October, and speaking to OK! magazine, the actress has said they couple have named their son Beau Lee Stephen.
Speaking to the publication, O'Brien admitted her labour was very quick, adding that she is still "in shock".
"It was crazy," she said. "We went to sleep on Thursday night and by 10.30am the next morning, we were home with our gorgeous 7lb 8oz baby boy. I got to hospital at 2am and had him at 3:02am. I'm still in shock."
Her boyfriend of three years added: "The birth is easily up there with the best moments of my life. I just feel so proud and the love I feel is second to none."
While Beau is the couple's first child together, O'Brien is also a mother to Scarlett, six, from her previous relationship with actor Ryan Thomas.
