Whichello, who was voted off the show last month, was reported to have had a brief fling with fellow contestant Stevi Ritchie, while she was still in a relationship with Wiffen.
According to The Sun, Wiffen is said to have taken to Twitter to hit out at his former partner, calling her a "cheat" and a "liar", among other things. The tweet is since thought to have been deleted, but he did cryptically later add: "People are defined not by their beliefs but by their actions.
"A persons character is defined by what they do when nobody is watching (sic)."
Last month, Ritchie, 34, is reported to have revealed the couple recently spent a night together during what he though was a private conversation.
The singer claimed to have told his mentor Simon Cowell that he had reached "sixth base" with 23-year-old Whichello. However, the conversation was not as private as he thought, as he forgot to turn his microphone off and the production crew picked up the comments.
Neither Whichello or Ritchie have spoken out on the latest claims.
