The former JLS singer became a dad for the first time last month, after his wife, Chloe, gave birth to their son Ace Jeremiah.
Speaking to Hello! magazine since returning home and settling into their new roles as parents, the 27-year-old said: "The name Ace means 'one who excels', and I want him to be the best he can be in as many things as possible.
"There's already so much I'm looking forward to doing with him, like taking him horse riding and out on the farm feeding the pigs.
"I want him to try gymnastics, running, rugby, football, skiing – all the things we've been fortunate to experience. There's so much out there to learn about and I can't wait to show him."
He continued: "What I'm really excited about is when Ace is old enough to enjoy the farm, too. I can't wait to get him his first pair of wellies and get him mucking out the pigs with me. We'll send him down to pick fresh eggs for breakfast.
"It's such a lovely life for a kid here. There's so much for him to learn and experience, and I can't wait to be part of that – me and my boy."
JB and Chloe dated for six years before they tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in Scotland in May this year. Just weeks later, they revealed they were expecting their first child together.
The singer is the third member of the former boyband to become a father. In August, Oritsé Williams became a dad for the first time. He and his girlfriend AJ Azari welcomed their son, Omré; while Marvin Humes and his wife Rochelle are parents to one-year-old daughter, Alaia-Mai.
