Kimberley Walsh has praised her former bandmates' baby skills.
Walsh, 31, welcomed her first child, Bobby, with boyfriend Justin Scott earlier this year, but has said her friend Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has also been a great help.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she shared: "Cheryl came over and helped me out when Bobby was having a windy, whingey day.
"She had a really good winding technique – I actually hadn't tried it but it's a good one. It worked and calmed Bobby and she got a massive burp up straight away.
"She's a natural, but she's had lots of practice as she has 12 nieces and nephews. It's nice to have an extra pair of hands, especially when Bobby isn't very settled."
Walsh and Scott have been in a relationship for more than 10 years. They announced they were expecting their first child together in February. Their son, Bobby, was born in September.
