The couple have been spotted together on a number of occasions lately and earlier this week, the former TOWIE star confirmed they had been on a date.
However, she remained coy as to whether they were officially an item.
In an interview with MailOnline for MoneySupermarket.com, Childs confessed: "I am single...do you know what I mean? But I am ready to date now. Me and Adam have been out, we got on really well and I will be seeing him again.
"We're not going to get married and have kids, but we really get on, so you never know. I've been really busy and work comes first but now I am ready to settle down. I've been single for ages, honey."
She also revealed that the couple met at a launch, but got in touch over Twitter.
"I met him at a launch," she continued. "I saw him there and then he followed me on Twitter. I followed him back and then he messaged me from there, saying that he had noticed me at the launch.
"It might work out, it might not. I just take each day as it comes and try to have a laugh."
