The 36-year-old has vowed to stand by her husband Kieran Hayler despite discovering he cheated on her earlier this year with two of her closest friends.
Sharing a message on Twitter with her followers, Price simply wrote: "A tongue has no bones but it can break a heart."
Some have said the quote are lyrics from a song by Ed Sheeran.
The cryptic tweet comes shortly after she revealed she was ready to make a "fresh start" in her marriage.
She wrote: "So good to be out of that history period and into the new future yipppeeee new fresh start :)))."
It is not clear what made the mum-of-five share this latest message.
Price and Hayler, 27, married in the Bahamas in January 2013, just weeks after they started dating. The couple have two children together, two-month-old daughter Bunny and son, Jett, who was born in August 2013. Price is also a mother to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
