Taking to Twitter for the first time since is was claimed the couple had separated, the model confirmed that the pair were no longer together.
She also denied that she had been unfaithful to her partner, but alleged that the same could not be said for Khalifa.
In a series of tweets, the 30-year-old wrote: "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this... (sic)"
However, she then told her followers: "Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same.
"I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time (sic)."
TMZ has said legal documents filed by Rose earlier this week cite "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for divorce. She is also seeking full legal and physical custody of the couple's son, one-year-old Sebastian, allowing Khalifa visitation rights.
Rose and Khalifa, 27, started dating in early 2011. They announced their engagement in March 2012 and married in July 2013. Their son was born in February 2013.
