Ryan Thomas has slammed reports that his relationship with Amy Jackson has ended.
In a report by The Sun newspaper, the Coronation Street star and his partner were said to have ended their five-month romance. They quoted a source as saying: "Ryan seemed really in love with her. Now he's heartbroken. It came to an end very quickly.
"It's a shame because it seemed the perfect relationship. Ryan has always been with girls who were smitten with him because he's on telly."
Thomas, 30, has since criticised the publication for the story, denying that the couple's relationship has ended.
Taking to his Twitter account, he wrote: "Annoyed that @thesunnewspaper has made a story up about me today. @i_am_amyjackson and I haven't split up – we are very happy together! #fact."
The paper has not commented on the claims, nor has Ms Jackson.
