Craymer, who formerly starred in reality television show The Only Way Is Essex, confirmed the news in an interview with The Sun.
Discussing the relationship, she added that the romance had been over "for a while".
She explained: "I don't know what happened but it's over now.
"We have a connection every time we see each other but it doesn't go anywhere. It's been over for a while."
News of the couple's separation comes just days after an alleged sex tape involving 25-year-old Smith, an Olympic gymnast, was leaked online.
Craymer referenced the tape in the interview.
"I texted him when I heard," she said. "He told me it was for a model from three years ago. I was worried people would think it was me."
The reason behind the couple's split has not been released.
Smith has not commented on the claims.
