Jones, 37, proposed to his partner earlier this week while the couple were on holiday in Italy. Ms Jackson then took to Instagram to share the happy news, as well as a photo of her engagement ring.
The first image she shared was one of the couple which she captioned: "Well, it's been a perfect summer and even more perfect...WE'RE ENGAGED!!!!
"Surrounded by our dearest friends and family he popped the question at dinner last night and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. I'm living a real dream."
She then posted a photo of her engagement ring, writing: "Just want to say thank you sooooooo much for all the love everyone has sent our way for our engagement! (sic)
"My heart is overflowing!!! A few have asked to see the ring so here it is, a vintage with diamonds and an emerald centre. Perfection!"
