Her tweet comes just hours after the former couple were allegedly spotted kissing at a restaurant following Osborne's debut performance with male dance troupe 'The Dreamboys' in Leicester Square.
Osborne and Tomlin separated last year and have a son, nine-month-old Teddy, together. However, Osborne is currently in a relationship with EastEnders' actress Jacqueline Jossa – who last month announced she was pregnant with his child.
Tomlin's message is just the latest she has shared with her followers in which she alludes to a "truth" yet to be revealed and many have speculated that it is to do with the couple's relationship.
No one has yet officially commented on the meaning behind the messages, but Osborne has previously admitted his ex has been finding things "difficult" since he announced he is to become a father again so soon.
