Williams took to his Twitter account to rant and post a cryptic message which read: "Found yourself unfollowed by me recently trust me I know what you've been doing #beverycareful #friendyeah".
The tweet comes shortly after his estranged partner allegedly went on a date with TOWIE star Mario Falcone.
Last month, McLean confirmed her marriage to Williams had ended, following allegations that the former footballer had been unfaithful.
At the time, she said: "I've known my marriage has been over for months, but I've been fighting it. I'm the lowest I've ever felt.
"Everyone sees me as a strong, hard-faced b***h, when actually I'm just an insecure girl who wants her marriage to work.
"I'm not perfect, but I've been 100 per cent faithful to my husband, marriage and children, and I can take that away from this."
McLean, 34, and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two sons together, Rocky, eight, and four-year-old Striker.
