Rebecca Adlington has tied the knot with fiancé Harry Needs.
The couple, who have been in a relationship since 2011, married at The Ashes, Staffordshire, at the weekend with their family and friends in attendance.
According to Hello! magazine, the newlyweds wrote their own vows for the ceremony.
Speaking to the publication, the 25-year-old Olympic champion said: "The ceremony was so personal, which was exactly what we wanted. I love the fact Harry was in bits before I even reached him.
"I was a bit nervous in the car on the way here with my dad, but as soon as I walked in, my nerves melted and I relaxed."
Mr Needs, who is also a swimmer, added: "I compliment her every single day, because to me she is the most beautiful woman in the world."
Ahead of her big day, Adlington underwent a strict fitness regime, something which she was inspired to do ever since she appeared on reality television show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' last year.
She explained: "I lost nearly two stone in the jungle and perhaps another four or five pounds since then. So it was a great kick start, and I feel better for it.
"But I don't like it when people assume you're really happy because you're thin. I'm not suddenly confident because I have lost weight, I'm happy because I'm marrying the love of my life."
Adlington and Needs started dating in 2011. In March 2013, they announced their engagement.
