Sharing two images on her Twitter account earlier today (Thursday), the mum-of-one posted a picture in which a wall can be seen, with the caption: "There are two rules for success... 1. Never reveal everything you know."
The second image said: "Everyone just wants to be liked and accepted. Except for Tom. Tom doesn't give a s***."
The photos come shortly after Tomlin, who gave birth to Osborne's son Teddy in December 2013, also appeared to have a go at her ex's current girlfriend, Jacqueline Jossa.
Jossa, 21, confirmed she was pregnant with Osborne's child last month and recently shared a photo of her baby bump. Tomlin posted a tweet saying: "Awkward" afterwards, leading many to assume she was referring to the Eastenders' actress.
No one has yet officially commented on the messages, but Osborne has previously admitted his ex is finding things "difficult" since he announced he is to become a father again so soon.
