Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on ITV's Lorraine programme, the actress said: "I'm due four weeks yesterday. I'm going to miss my bump. I've really enjoyed him, I can feel him wriggling around."
Sweeney, 43, has previously confirmed she is expecting a boy but she kept the news of her pregnancy hidden for five months. When asked for her reasons behind her decision, she admitted: "I had a few mates go to me 'Have you put on a bit of weight Sweeney, what's going on?', but I wanted to get the first three months out of the way because of the miscarriages.
"I just wanted to keep it private for a little bit and then it got to a stage where I started showing. I just couldn't hide it anymore."
The actress has suffered from two miscarriages in the past, and described her unborn son as "a blessing".
The child will be the first for Sweeney and her ex-fiancé Daniel Riley. The couple separated in December 2013, around the time she discovered she was pregnant. The pair have remained good friends since their separation.
