In May, Price publicly shamed her partner when she took to Twitter to expose a seven-month affair he had been having with Price's best friend. At the time, the 36-year-old threatened the couple were to divorce, but she has since taken back those comments and insisted she is dedicated to saving her marriage.
Writing in her most recent column for Now magazine, the former glamour model said that despite everything she has been through the last few months, she does not want to hold any resentment against her other half.
She said: "A lot of people have passed comment on my decision to stay with Kieran and work on our marriage after he cheated on me with two friends.
"Of course people are entitled to their own opinion and I know why people might think I'm a fool for staying. But no one really knows what goes on behind closed doors.
"And there are obviously good reasons for me to stay with Kieran. I love him. But believe me, he hasn't had it easy."
Price, who is a mum of five, added that while she will never forget her husband's infidelity, she will try her best to forgive.
"I can be the most devious person in the world," she explained, "but I'm not interested in revenge. Two wrongs do not make a right.
"There's always the threat of a lie detector but Kieran's not worried because he has nothing to lie about. I don't want to rely on a lie detector – I want to build up the trust and have a strong marriage."
Price and Hayler, 27, married in January 2012 just weeks after they first started dating. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Jett, last year. Their second child, a daughter, was born last month. While Hayler is now a father-of-two, his wife is also a mum to Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and six-year-old Princess from previous relationships.
