The former JLS singer and his girlfriend, Aimee Jade 'AJ' Azari, welcomed a baby boy on Sunday, but details have only just been released.
Taking to Twitter, Ms Azari told her followers: "So happy to announce that on Sunday 24th at 1.49am we welcomed our precious baby boy, weighing 6lbs 3 to the Azari-Williams Family."
Williams also tweeted: "I watched in awe as @AJAzari gave birth to our 1st born son on Sunday 24th at 1.49am. He is my Treasure of life! x"
The pair first announced they were expecting their first child last month, after sharing photos from their baby shower.
Williams, 27, is the second member of JLS to become a father. Last year, his former bandmate Marvin Humes and his wife Rochelle welcomed daughter Alaia-Mai; while JB Gill, who tied the knot with his girlfriend Chloe earlier this year, are also expecting their first child together.
