The fallout between Nicola McLean and her estranged husband Tom Williams continues to rumble on. The couple, who confirmed earlier this week that their marriage had ended, have since taken to social media sites to continue their grudges.
McLean, 32, first suggested in July that there were problems in her marriage. Via her Twitter account, the model publicly shared a number of messages addressed to her husband, asking when he planned to return home to the UK to her and their two children. Williams, a former footballer, now runs his own concierge business in Las Vegas and as a result, he can spend a number of weeks at a time in the US city. However, on the last occasion, Williams failed to return home when he was supposed to. Leaked footage later appeared to show the father-of-two flirting with a woman in a Las Vegas nightclub.
Following weeks of uncertainty, McLean confirmed on Tuesday that her marriage had ended, but it hasn't stopped the couple from seemingly taking shots at each other.
Just before the marriage split, the mum-of-two was convinced her partner was having an affair. She then took to various social media sites to try and find out the truth – she then went on to 'out' one of the alleged mistresses on Twitter and Instagram. In her criticism, McLean also said the woman was wearing some of her clothes, which had been a gift from her husband.
Now, Williams appears to have hit back at his former wife with a tweet which simply read: "Back to see my babies." The message was accompanied by a picture of two bunny girls. It is understood Williams is now back in Las Vegas and it has been suggested that he was on his way to meet with a number of women.
It is just the latest argument between the pair. Earlier this week, Williams shared a photo of himself on Instagram where he was pretending to dry his eyes, while holding a bottle of Tequila. McLean replied: "Is this aimed at me?"
McLean and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two sons together, Rocky, eight, and four-year-old Striker.
