The couple announced their engagement earlier this year and while they have been busy planning their big day, the date still alludes them.
Speaking to the MailOnline, the 34-year-old said: "The wedding plans are coming along. We're getting there."
But when asked about the date, she added: "Not yet, but we'll get there."
Jenkins and Levitas, an American artist and filmmaker, first met in October 2013. They announced their engagement in April.
At the time, the classical singer took to Twitter to thank her fans, writing: "Thank you for all your lovely wishes of congratulations. They mean so much to us."
